The statistics on the information society allow the Swiss Federal Statistical Office to show the developments in digitalization in Switzerland. Based on the latest data, the indicators have now been updated.
With the «Digital Switzerland» strategy adopted in December 2022, the Federal Council aims to ensure that Switzerland fully exploits the potential of digitalization. The Swiss Federal Statistical Office provides a selection of indicators that can be used to statistically track progress in the various fields of action. They provide an overview of the situation in Switzerland and in international comparison. All indicators have now been updated using the latest data.
