New project: «Government as a platform»

Liudmila Zavolokina, researcher and postdoc at the DSI, in collaboration with Gerhard Schwabe and Gianluca Miscione, has received DIZH funding for her latest research project: «Government as a Platform: Orchestrating stakeholders in crisis situations through digital platforms».

The «Government as a platform» project is being carried out in collaboration with partners from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the Canton of Zurich, the Swiss Red Cross, Campax and Ergon Informatik AG.

In the process, the project team is investigating how digital platforms can be used to improve crisis management and related coordination in the canton of Zurich. With the goal of increasing overall resilience and creating public benefit. In this context, the refugee crisis in Ukraine serves as an example.
