Liberal Arts Option (LAO) for students at the Faculty of Law (RWF)

Starting in the fall semester of 2025, students at the Faculty of Law (RWF) will have the option to pursue a LAO  within the DSI Minor Digital Skills. The Liberal Arts Option (LAO) is a flexible study component offered in combination with a major study program. In the master’s program, students can earn 30 ECTS credits.

Currently, the LAO can only be combined with the«Master of Law» master’s program. However, it does not lead to an independent degree; it is listed as a separate unit in the academic record and does not impact the weighted overall grade. The LAO provides students with an opportunity to expand their studies individually or focus on a specific topic.

Applications can be submitted via Selectus from January 20, 2025, to May 25, 2025.
