Digital twins are the next evolutionary stage of Digital Health Technologies. In a recent publication, DSI members Jeffrey David Iqbal, Michael Krauthammer and Nikola Biller-Andorno explain how digital twins can be applied in medicine.
In the paper "The Use and Ethics of Digital Twins in Medicine," the three authors also highlight the ethical challenges of this technology. And finally, the publication shows how digital twins can change the future practice of medicine.
