Swiss Data Cube Hackathon

The "Swiss Data Cube Hackathon" will take place from 11 to 13 April as part of the "Open Geneva" festival. The aim of this hackathon is to find new ways to facilitate the access and use of satellite data for environmental monitoring in Switzerland. 

The UZH Digital Society Initiative awards ten scholarships of CHF 500 each to students and doctoral students of the University of Zurich in order to participate in this hackathon. 
Interested people register at info@dsi.uzh.ch - if there are more than 10 registrations, a selection will take place; the closing date for registrations is March 25, 2018 and the event will be held in English.

Participants will receive a train ticket to Geneva with a free choice of departure station and on place the remaining amount of up to CHF 500 in cash.
