Prof. Dr. Noah Bubenhofer
Noah Bubenhofer is am Professor of Linguistics at the Department of German Studies at the University of Zurich since September 2019. From April 2018 to August 2019, he was Professor of Digital Linguistics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). From March 2015 to February 2018, Noah Bubenhofer worked at the Institute of Computational Linguistics at the University of Zurich, leading the «Visual Linguistics» project. Before that, he worked at the Chair of Applied Linguistics at the Institute of German Studies at TU Dresden. From 2009 to 2012, Noah Bubenhofer was a research associate at the Institute for German Language (IDS) in Mannheim and held various positions at the Department of German Studies at the University of Zurich from 2001 to 2009, as well as at the Heidelberg Center for American Studies from 2008 to 2009.
