The Navigation Journal Club is an open weekly meeting of the Geographic Information Visualization and Analysis (GIVA) group at the University of Zurich. Interested researchers and students from other departments/universities are welcome to join!
Each week, we will discuss (as a group) a reading related to navigation in a digital world, such as real-world navigation studies, navigation in neuroscience, navigation from a cognitive science perspective, computational modeling of navigation, and behavioral geography.

The next meeting will be on April 29th at 16:00 at the Digital Society Initiative (Room RAF-E-011, Building RAF, Rämistrasse 66). We will be discussing navigation performance ability as a predictor of Alzheimer’s (Coutrot et al., 2019, https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0213272).
