Prof. Dr. med. Claudia Witt, Co-Director of the Digital Society Initiative (DSI), has been elected as a member of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences (SAMW).

The DSI is delighted to announce that our Co-Director, Claudia Witt, has been elected as a member of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences on June 18, 2024. The SAMW builds bridges between science and society. The SAMW is active in all areas of medicine, from basic research to health services research, and from primary care to highly specialized medicine.

We congratulate Claudia Witt on being elected as an individual member of the Senate of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences. Individual members are selected based on their exceptional scientific achievements in medicine.
