The BRIDGE Lab of the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) has launched a new series of events in recent weeks. The Apéro Digital has the vision of promoting collaboration around digitalization and innovation in the Greater Zurich Area.
Apéro Digital is a series of events funded by the DIZH Innovation Program. The project is led by the BRIDGE Lab of the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) of the University of Zurich (UZH) and the Responsible AI Innovation Group of the Center for Artificial Intelligence (CAI) of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
Various events are organized with the vision of promoting collaboration around digitalization and innovation in the Greater Zurich Area. These include public lectures, roundtables, expert or citizen panels, discussion rounds and networking events. The aim is always to deepen understanding of the social changes triggered by digitalization.
Apéro Digital was launched with «Trust Certified?» to explore certification labels for AI systems. At «Manufacturing Innovation» on June 19, cross-sector collaboration in research and development for the Swiss manufacturing industry will be discussed.
Results or artifacts will be produced and published after each event. Further events on interesting and current topics are in preparation and will be communicated in the coming months. Stay tuned.
Do you have a topic that would be suitable for an Apéro Digital? The project team looks forward to hearing from you. Contact details and further information can be found on the project website and on LinkedIn.
