The DSI Community AI & Law is a platform for addressing the legal challenges of artificial intelligence, fostering academic discussions with an interdisciplinary perspective and facilitating networking among researchers, students and professionals. During the Spring Semester 2024 the community organizes a series of panel discussions for exploring the legal issues around artificial intelligence with an interdisciplinary perspective.
The first panel discussion titled «AI, Art and Law» will focus on the intersection of AI and Art. The event will examine how AI is reshaping the art world, the implications for artists, collectors and galleries, the broader impact on the art market and address important questions with regards to intellectual property law and challenges which might potentially be faced with AI development. The goal of the panel is not to hold a theoretical lecture, but combining the fields of technology, art and law with valuable insights from the expert panelists and an active open discussion.
The event will be followed by an Apero. Anyone who is interested is welcome to join. There are limited spots.
